4 sword fish steaks, 1 kg / 2 ¼ lb, oregano sauce.
Grill the lightly-oiled and salted fish (3-4 minutes each side) over red-hot charcoal. An electric grill may also be used. Serve immediately at the dinner table, together with the warm oregano sauce.
